We approve refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, 2Checkout returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank this usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, and we have no control over that part of the process.
When a refund is issued, your subscription ends and the copier stops placing trades. Any positions that are already open at your broker stay open and remain entirely yours to manage — we do not close them for you. Your Telegram session and trading account details are deleted from our systems.
Please note. A refund covers the subscription fee you paid us. It does not cover trading losses, broker fees, spreads, swaps or any other cost on your trading account. Telegram Trade Linker copies the signals and applies the rules you choose — it does not decide which signals are good, and it cannot make a losing strategy profitable.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term so that your copier does not stop without warning. You can cancel at any time from your 2Checkout receipt email, from 2Checkout myAccount, or by messaging us. Cancelling stops the next charge; your current term keeps running until the day it expires.
A renewal payment carries the same money-back window as the original purchase — 7 days on the monthly plan, 30 days on the 6 and 12 month plans.
If something on our side goes wrong — a long outage, or a problem we cannot fix quickly — tell us. We would rather add free time to your subscription than lose you, and you can always take the refund instead if you prefer.
