Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Telegram Trade Linker ("TTL") collects when you use our website (telegramtradelinker.com) and the TTL mobile app, why we need it, who else receives it and how you can see or delete it. We have written it in plain English on purpose.

TTL is operated by MD TANVIR HAIDER, North Khane Bari, Ward No-02, Feni Sadar, Sarsadi 3902, Feni, Bangladesh.

What we collect

Your TTL account

Your email address, and your name if you give it. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash — we cannot read it. Your plan, its expiry date and the number of MT accounts it allows.

Your Telegram connection

The phone number of the Telegram account you connect, so we can link it to your TTL account (it is never shown in the app). A Telegram session token, encrypted at rest, used only to read new messages in the channels you selected. The list of your channels and groups, so you can choose which ones to copy. We never post, never send messages and never read your private chats. You can disconnect Telegram at any time, and the session is deleted.

Your MetaTrader (broker) accounts

The account number, broker server and platform (MT4 or MT5). We do not store your trading password. When you add an account, it is sent once over an encrypted connection to MetaApi, our trading-connection provider, which keeps it in encrypted form so your cloud terminal can stay connected to your broker. We also see the account's status, balance, equity and open positions so we can show them to you. We never withdraw, deposit or move money — we cannot.

Signals, settings and trades

The copier settings you choose. The text of new messages in the channels you selected, which we use to read the trade details in a signal (symbol, direction, entry, SL, TP). A record of every trade we placed or managed for you, with its result — this is what makes your Performance page work.

Technical and security data

IP address, browser or device type and login times, used to protect your account (login limits, lockouts and password-reset limits). For each phone signed in to the app: device name, platform (Android or iOS), app version, IP address and when it was last used. Error logs needed to keep the service running.

Stored only on your phone (mobile app)

• Your login token, kept in the phone's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).
• Your app-lock PIN, kept only as a hash on the phone. It is never sent to us.
• Fingerprint or face unlock is handled entirely by your phone. The app only learns "unlocked" or "not unlocked". Your biometric data never leaves the phone.
• Your chosen app language.

Why we use it

• To run the copier — reading the signals in your chosen channels and placing and managing trades on your accounts according to your settings.
• To show you your accounts, balances and performance history on the dashboard and in the app.
• To keep your account secure (login protection and password reset).
• To answer your support messages.
• To send service emails — password reset, login codes and important notices about your plan or the service. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share only the minimum each service needs to do its job:

• MetaApi (trading connection) — your broker login, trading password and server, and the orders we place, to connect to your broker and manage your trades.
• Telegram — through its official API: your phone number and login code when you connect, and requests to read your selected channels.
• OpenAI (API) — the text of signal messages from your selected channels, to read the trade details. Under OpenAI's API terms this text is not used to train their models.
• Resend (email delivery) — your email address and the email content, to deliver password-reset, login-code and service emails.
• Our hosting provider — the servers the software runs on.
• A payment provider, when payments are enabled — only what it needs to take your payment. We never see or store your card number.

We may also disclose data if the law genuinely requires it. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

How it is protected

• All traffic to our website, app servers and providers uses HTTPS / TLS.
• Telegram sessions are encrypted at rest with a key held separately from the database.
• Passwords are stored as hashes. App login tokens are stored on our side only as hashes.
• Access to production systems is restricted and key-based.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly and tell you what to do.

How long we keep it

• We keep your data while your account is open.
• When you remove an MT account, it is also removed from MetaApi.
• When you disconnect Telegram, your Telegram session is deleted.
• When you ask us to delete your account, copying stops at once on all your MT accounts, and within 7 days we delete your account and its data — except records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records.
• Security logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your rights

You can:

• see and change your settings, accounts and devices in the dashboard or the app;
• disconnect Telegram or remove an MT account at any time;
• ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or a limit on how we use it;
• delete your account — in the app (Profile → Delete my account), on the web at telegramtradelinker.com/delete-account, or by email to support@telegramtradelinker.com from the email address of your account.

We answer requests within 30 days.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs — to keep you logged in and to remember interface choices such as which tab you had open. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you staying logged in.

Children

TTL is for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use it, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

International transfers

Our servers and the providers listed above may be located outside your country. Wherever your data is processed, this policy applies to it.

Changes

If we make an important change, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
